Chelsea moved into a new apartment that was pretty good for her. 

The only problem is that her neighbor has two huge dogs that can never stop barking.

She goes to the owner of the building to rebel against this big problem that she can'

t sleep in, but finds out it's actually her neighbor Damien who reminds

 her a lot of her ex-boyfriend Elec's appearance. 

 Well, not completely. Damien is even more handsome. 

 Desperate and broken-hearted, 

he calls the failed counselors he talks to over the phone for help.

  Fortunately for her (un) fortunate neighbor,

 over the hole in the wall he hears every word and starts making fun of her over these

 phone calls.
